Andrea Cappelletti is a PhD candidate in Computer Science at University of Illinois Chicago, specializing in large-scale software systems and cloud computing. His research focuses on developing innovative algorithms and optimizations to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of distributed systems in large-scale environments. He is passionate about applying his research to real-world problems. Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Illinois Chicago, a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering of Computing Systems from Politecnico di Milano. When not immersed in his research, he enjoys mentoring undergraduate students and participating in outreach programs to promote STEM education.
